Collar Type Form Fill Seal Machine is an intermittent motion machine designed for the efficient packing of several products like Snacks Foods, Wafers, Tea, Sugar, Spices, Detergent, Henna Powder etc.The Collar type form fill seal machine is controlled by programmable logic control and has a man machine interface with a digital display and keyboard, which makes this machine operator friendly. Servo Drives for both laminate pulling through friction belts and sealing jaws, give the machine unsurpassed accuracy and speed of up to 120 pouches / min.

The unwinding system is a motorized one, which keeps on feeding the laminate to the pouch forming tube without much pulling tension to enable the machine to form wrinkle free pouch formation.This can be synchronized with different type of dozing systems like Volumetric cup Filling  and Weigh Filling System.This machine is suitable for a wide range of heat sealable film as a packing material such as PET/POLY, PET/MET/POLY, laminates with aluminum foil and heat sealable BOPP etc.

It is a versatile machine and the pouch width can be changed very easily by replacing the forming tube and Collar. This machine has an automatic pouch length change system thru PLC and can be adjusted from 65mm to 270mm. Changing of the pouch length does not require any change parts. All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304/SS-316.The machine needs 3 phase 440 Volts AC Power supply at 50 Hertz with a maximum power consumption of 5.5 KW.Uflex believes in providing the best quality products available in the market to meet the global need to meet International Quality Standards, such as PLC, Servo Drives etc.
