FullyAutomatic Collar Type Form Fill and Seal Machine Model: - UFLEX FFS Servo driven is an intermittent motion machinedesigned for the efficient packing of the various products like Vermicelli,Seeds, Snacks Foods ,Tea, Sugar, Spices, , Wafers, Detergent, Henna Powder,Salt, Wrapper Candies, Cheese Biscuits etc. in center seal pouches.

 

The machine is controlled by PLC(programmable logic control) and has a MMI (man machine interface) with adigital display and keyboard, which makes this machine operator friendly.

 

Servo Drive for laminate pullingthrough friction belts and give the machine unsurpassed accuracy and speed of up to 60 pouches / min. (depending uponthe product characteristics and filling attachment.)

 

The unwinding system is amotorized one, which keeps on feeding the laminate to the pouch forming tubewithout much pulling tension to enable the machine to form wrinkle free pouchformation.

 

Thismachine can be synchronized with various types of dozing systems likeVolumetric cup Filling, Auger Filling and Weigh Filling System. This machine issuitable for a wide range of heat sealable film as a packing material such as PET/POLY,PET/MET/POLY; laminates with aluminum foil and heat sealable BOPP etc.

 

It is a versatile machine and thepouch width can be changed very easily by replacing the forming tube andCollar. This machine has an automatic pouch length change system thru PLC andcan be adjusted from 65mm to 270mm. Changingof the pouch length does not require any change parts. All product contactparts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304/SS-316.

 

The machine needs 3 phase 415Volts + 5% with neutral AC Power supply at 50 Hertz with a maximum powerconsumption of 5.5 KW.
